Ep: 15- How Zomato is winning its customers back amidst slowdown in Food ordering

Ever since the Food ordering become my habit or routine I remember, I have been using Zomato for the most. If you ask why ? I dont know, may be I dont want too many apps reading my data. Lol

From May ‘24 I have been travelling which means I will be exposed too many cuisines and with North east, I bet my gut is not going to like this. Here comes an interesting story on how Zomato retained me once again

I don't always write content in black and white, but when it comes to honest customer feedback, I had to try this. Thanks, Shashank, for the feedback. The black and white format should now fit well with the Substack format.

But here is a twist my video has the colours, I have added colours and content to make the viewers feel good.
